Weekly Tele-training



Every week we have several 1 hour training calls to help you develop your skills and build your business.  Unless there is a holiday you can count on 5 calls every week.  After only 1 year in the business you would rack up 250 hours of training and that’s not even including the live events. 

 

The 3 companies James’ worked for including 2 of the 3 largest banks in the country did not have training as efficient as this.  Here you are learning how to be a business owner rather than an employee.  You control how fast your business grows by the time you commit rather than depending on your manager to promote you.  The only thing standing in the way of your success is yourself.

The Sales Skills Call is a national call with the top agents across the country many whom are earning over $500,000 per year.  Listen close as our highest paid superstars reveal their secrets to success.  This is a listen only call.

Wednesday – 12:00 pm CT

 

The Business Building Call is James’ favorite call.  The focus shifts from sales to management and building a team.  This call is where millionaires are made and you should not miss it if you plan to be one.  This is a listen only call.

Product Training

Thursday – 12:00 pm CT

 

The Product Training call is a national call that we feature representatives from our carriers to explain their products and planning strategies.  In the financial services industry products are changing by the minute to match the needs of America so these calls are important.  Often there is a handout, power point or live webinar presentation included.  This is a listen only call.
