Let’s suppose you buy 30 leads for your first weekend and spend about $200.  You spend about 6-7 hours Wednesday - Thursday at various times calling the leads and setting appointments.  You talk to 20 people and set 7 appointments for Friday and Saturday.  Of the 7 appointments you set 2 cancelled, 1 was not home when you arrived and 4 resulted in 6 applications because 2 families protected the husband and wife both.  You earn approximately $3,000 your first weekend for about 20 hours of work and spent $200 on leads.
